Before you begin reading and deciding whether to accept the KeySnip Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms"), please read these Terms carefully. Users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent under local law) must read these Terms with a guardian and obtain guardian consent before using or purchasing KeySnip services. KeySnip Service Description

  1. KeySnip Service refers to the exclusive membership benefits provided by KeySnip, which is a paid service requiring additional payment. Please refer to Section 4 for details on the specific benefits.
  2. KeySnip Service Rules refer to terms, announcements, and page descriptions published by KeySnip from time to time. Such content becomes effective upon publication and constitutes an integral part of these Terms.
  3. We may update these Terms at any time based on our judgment of commercial, legal, and policy factors. We will not reduce your rights under these Terms without your explicit consent.

KeySnip Benefits

  1. Exclusive Content: Refers to content built into or to be built into KeySnip, including but not limited to artistic font styles, decoration templates, curated captions, kaomojis, symbols, and other materials used exclusively by KeySnip to assist with text input.
  2. Exclusive Features: Includes features built into or to be built into KeySnip for exclusive use within the app.
  3. Promotional Policies: KeySnip may offer promotions such as extensions, benefit upgrades, or discounts to users at various stages. Specific promotional details will be notified on the relevant service pages. Eligible users are entitled to such promotions.
  4. KeySnip may partially modify the above membership benefits due to changes in laws, regulations, policies, or operational strategy, including but not limited to adjusting or removing exclusive content, features, or promotional policies.

Fees and Payments

  1. Payment Method: Paid services in KeySnip can be purchased through iOS in-app purchase channels.
  2. Pricing: Pricing is independently determined based on our operational costs and strategy (including but not limited to promotions and price increases) and is displayed on relevant product and payment pages. If the pricing changes at the time of purchase or renewal, the actual accepted pricing shall prevail. Please read relevant notices carefully before deciding to renew.
  3. Subscription Period: Subscription periods are 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year, as selected by the user.
  4. Auto-Renewal Rules:
    • Auto-renewal is a service designed for users who have activated KeySnip VIP to avoid service interruption due to oversight or other reasons. If auto-renewal is enabled, KeySnip will issue a deduction instruction based on the third-party payment channel's rules near the end of each subscription period, deducting the next period's fee without requiring password or verification.
    • KeySnip will attempt automatic deduction one day before expiration. If the balance is insufficient, a second attempt may be made the same day. If the second attempt also fails, KeySnip VIP service will be automatically terminated. Risks or losses caused by insufficient balance are the user's responsibility.
    • The auto-renewal deduction date is one day before the subscription expiration. Upon successful deduction, KeySnip will activate the corresponding service period.
    • The amount charged for auto-renewal is based on the price agreed upon when you first activated the service, unless KeySnip is running a promotion or a separate agreement has been made. Upon re-subscription after cancellation, the price at the time of re-subscription applies.
    • To cancel auto-renewal: Open iPhone "Settings", tap your Apple ID at the top, select "Subscriptions", find "KeySnip", and tap "Cancel Subscription".

Member Conduct and Breach of Terms

  1. The following actions are prohibited when using KeySnip services:
    • Using technical means to modify service content, duration, payment amounts, or transaction status to obtain KeySnip services.
    • Cracking, altering, reverse-engineering, tampering with, or otherwise undermining any security measures of KeySnip services.
    • Obtaining KeySnip services through illegal or improper means, or engaging in fraudulent refunds.
    • Any other actions that violate these Terms, laws, regulations, or the legitimate rights of third parties.
  2. If you violate these Terms, KeySnip reserves the right to, without prior notice:
    • Suspend or terminate your KeySnip service, including restricting, freezing, or terminating access. You shall bear the consequences of service unavailability, and fees already paid will not be refunded.
    • Refer the matter to administrative or judicial authorities for legal liability. If your violation causes damage to any third party, you shall bear independent liability. If KeySnip suffers losses, you shall also compensate accordingly.

The captions, kaomojis, symbols, and other content provided by KeySnip are intended for reference and everyday expression only. Users should exercise their own judgment regarding the appropriateness of such content. We are not responsible for the outcomes of using such content.

Interruption and Termination of KeySnip Service

If you disagree with changes to these Terms or are unsatisfied with the services we provide, you may voluntarily interrupt or terminate KeySnip services, including but not limited to choosing not to renew upon expiration or actively canceling your subscription.
